Chef Martyn

If you dine with us at Hampton Manor our chef, Martyn Pearn, can complement your day with his superb freshly cooked food. Having won numerous awards during his career, we are privileged to have him on our team. He is passionate about ensuring that your menus are designed for your event and the food is cooked, using the finest ingredients, to perfection.

Martyn has twice before held a Michelin star for a period of over 12 years. His passion is to source the finest ingredients and to cook them to perfection. Classically trained under Michel Bourdain at the Connaught Hotel, Martyn went on to work in France where he held his first Michelin star at La Reserve, Bordeaux. On his return he made his way to the Cotswolds where he won his second star at Buckland Manor, retaining it for 9 years.
